A one-day hybrid conference & festival

You are warmly invited!

This is a special edition of our seasonal newsletter to invite you to join us for a unique one-day event on the farm. As a hybrid conference & festival its aim is to celebrate community resilience and inspire action in the face of our changing times.

Come and listen to interesting presenters from near and far, take part in workshops and dance the night away with excellent local musicians under a magical full moon.

Volunteer - get involved!

If you are available to help out with ticket sales, traffic flow or event preparation we’d love to hear from you.

Volunteering is a great way to meet the Pandy Farm team, to get to know the farm and to spend time outside in nature engaging with our community.

Good food available

We know how important it is to have happy tummies and are excited to collaborate with Flame and Grain Pizza who will be providing nourishing wood-fired pizza during the event.

Other food vendors providing warming, gluten-free, veggie food are also in the pipeline.. more updates to follow.

Parking & Carpooling

If you are planning to come by car please note that parking spots at Pandy Farm are limited and will be allocated on a first-come first-served basis - a good reason to arrive early!

If you have accessibility issues please contact us as soon and you’ve purchased your ticket so that we can allocate you a parking space.

Parking is also available at the community centre in Tregarth, which is a five minute walk from the event.

Kids go Free

For families who would like to bring children we are planning a farm walk at 4pm that will explore our gardens and wildlife reserve!

Why not come along after school to sit by the fire, eat some pizza and enjoy this community event?
